He has previous experience illustrating concepts under strict deadlines for Mongoose Publishing’s “Traveller” tabletop RPG, as well as Chaosium's "Call of Cthulhu" and Green Ronin's "The Expanse" RPGs. His work for their products has been featured in many supplemental and core rules printed materials for these games. He has also created card illustrations for the successfully funded Kickstarter game “Immortal” by Game-o-Gami.
When I'm not painting, I'm often playing the games I work on (as the forever GM) and designing my own games, too.
Page Rates for Art and Illustration
I charge by the page and based on color or black-and-white line art.
1/4 Page Color/B&W, around 4.375" wide x 5.5" high: $110/$60
1/2 Page Color/B&W, horizontal: around 8.5" wide x 4.5" high, vertical: around 4.25" wide x 10.25" high: $225/$115
Full Page Color/B&W, around 8.5" wide x 11": $425/$215
Book Layout Prices
I also offer book layout services. The cover design price can be discussed, but my rate below is based on page count. I am not an editor, though. If I catch mistakes, I will let you know. I offer a digital proof of the book for approval.
